Teleflora's Flower Club delivery policy

U.S. and Canadian Delivery: Most flowers and plants can be delivered anywhere within the U.S. (including Alaska/Hawaii) and Canada. All charges are in U.S. dollars. Arrangements and containers may vary in size and appearance due to seasonal and geographic availability and design interpretation. The Flower Club urges you to order at least five days prior to any major holiday. - Same day delivery
For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. in the recipients' time zone. (Applies to orders delivered Monday - Saturday only. Sundays and major holidays are excluded). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. in the recipients' time zone will be delivered the following day. (Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 Noon of the recipients' time will be delivered the following Monday). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery. - Service Charges
To cover the cost of processing your order, a web service charge of $12.99 is assessed per item for all orders. International Delivery: International orders can be place by phone only. For pricing and product availability, please call our helpful customer service associates at (800) 965-2448. - International Service and Shipping Charges
An additional $15.00 wire transmission fee will be added to the service & shipping charge per item on all International orders. All charges are in U.S. dollars. - Delivery Schedule
International orders require 2-3 business days for delivery depending on the recipients' location. There are no weekend deliveries.
